Exhibition Terms and Conditions
You MUST be a current corporate member of Water New Zealand to exhibit at the Water New Zealand Conference and Expo 2024. Please contact Pip Donnelly for membership enquiries: enquiries@waternz.org.nz
You MUST have one company name per stand, you can have other partner companies with you on your stand, however only the company name of the Corporate Member making the booking will appear in event collateral such as handbook and app.
Membership Subscriptions are invoiced in July each year. Membership must be paid by 20 August 2024 to guarantee your booking. Memberships not paid by this date are subject to booking cancellation.
Water New Zealand will have the right to refuse an organisation at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal. Water New Zealand reserves the right to alter any details relating to the Water New Zealand Conference and Expo 2024 at any time leading up to the Conference.
Water New Zealand reserves the right to reassign site space so that the arrangement of the expo is in the best interest of attendees, exhibitors, and the conference.
Payment
The Exhibitor is required to make payment within 7 days of receiving an invoice to secure your stand. If payment is not received your stand will be released and can be rebooked by another exhibitor unless prior arrangement has been made with Avenues Event Management and Water New Zealand.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your expo stand booking, this must be in writing.
Cancellation received prior to Friday, 23 September will qualify for a full refund less an administration charge of $300.00 plus GST (per stand).
Cancellation received after Friday, 23 September will qualify for a 50% refund if a replacement exhibitor is found for the cancelled expo stand less an administration charge of $300.00 plus GST (per stand).
